Step 4: Demoulding
After the silicone has cured, it's time to take the keypads out of the mould. This is called demoulding. We need to be very careful during this step to avoid damaging the keypads. Sometimes, we use special demoulding agents to make the process easier.
Once the keypads are out of the mould, they may have some excess silicone, called flash, around the edges. We remove this flash using trimming tools. This gives the keypads a clean and professional look.
Step 5: Quality Inspection

We check the keypads for any defects like air bubbles, uneven surfaces, or incorrect dimensions. Step 6: Post - Processing (Optional)

Step 7: Packaging
Finally, the finished silicone keypads are packaged. We use appropriate packaging materials to protect the keypads during transportation. The packaging can be customized according to the customer's needs, including adding labels with product information.
