Mixing Unit: Static + dynamic mixer to mix the raw material and color more thoroughly.
Raw material mixing and injection are done individually in our machine which brings consistency, reduced errors, and makes the mixing more efficient.
The in-built cooling system enhances cooling efficiency to avoid raw material clumping during the mixing process.
Advance servo system: The servo system-quick response, high precision, no noise and save 60% more electricity compared to the ordinary motor.
Color Paste Pump: Our independently developed CNC color paste pump with an accuracy of 0.01g.

Products&Solution
Silicone baby tableware is usually made using special machines called LSR machines. These machines are used in very clean rooms. This means that the tableware made is very clean and perfect for use.
For example, silicone plates and spoons need to be made using food-grade liquid silicone and produced in a workshop where there is no dust.
Silicone plate production is straightforward. We usually use a common runner mould, and the mould is removed manually. The hardness of the raw materials is generally selected above 50 Shore A.
