Precautions for Use LSR Injection Molding Machine

 

 

Make sure that the raw and auxiliary materials, tools and molds required for the liquid silicone machine are fully prepared and checked to be in good condition. Clean the mold and apply the mold separator to ensure that the liquid silicone can flow smoothly into the mold and be removed. Check whether the liquid supply system and injection system of the liquid silicone machine are normal, whether there is any leakage, and repair them in time.

Turn on the main power switch of the liquid silicone machine, and press the power button to wait for the machine to start running.
Adjust the injection speed and pressure of the liquid silicone as needed to ensure uniform and flexible injection. Place the prepared mold into the operating area of the liquid silicone machine and make sure the molds are perfectly aligned.

Open the liquid supply valve of the liquid silicone machine, and let the liquid silicone be slowly injected into the mold until it is full. Once the injection is complete, close the supply valve and wait for the liquid silicone to solidify in the mold. After the curing of the liquid silicone is completed, open the mold, take out the silicone products, and carry out further treatment and inspection.
