A: With double bottom mold production , the cycle time is around 70-90s , the silicone material will also effect the cycle time .
Q: How do the silicone bonding with metal handle?
A: There are 2 ways to make the silicone bonding with plastic or metal handle . One way is painting glue on the lid surface before put it on the mold . The second way is use the self-adhesive silicone material , then no need paint glue anymore .
