LSR Mould Description
Medical silicone laryngeal mask includes inflatable single cavity laryngeal cover, inflatable double cavity laryngeal cover and non-inflatable silicone laryngeal cover. Inflatable silicone unit throat cover: It is mainly composed of air bag, airway catheter, three-insert catheter joint, inflatable tube, indicating vesicle and check valve. Among them, the silicone air bag and indicator vesicle are produced by liquid silicone, so there are 3 sets of LSR molds required for this laryngeal cover, including 1 set of pouch mold, 1 set of pouch joint mold and 1 set of indicating air bag mold, it is recommended to use vertical LSR injection molding machine TYM-L5058 to produce.
Introduction
1.Inflatable silicone laryngeal mask: It is composed of air bag, airway catheter, esophageal drainage catheter, esophageal drainage catheter outlet, dental pad, three-insert catheter connector, inflatable tube, indicating vesicle and check valve.
2.Non-inflatable silicone laryngeal cover: an innovative non-inflatable non-pouch laryngeal cover, a two-color liquid silicone laryngeal cover, this silicone laryngeal cover is produced by two sets of liquid silicone molds, 1 set of mold for silicone vent, 1 set of mold for soft laryngeal mask, which can be produced by monochrome vertical liquid silicone rubber injection molding machine, or by two-color LSR injection molding machine.
