What products is the TYM-R Series suitable for?
The TYM-R is purpose-built for LSR overmolding applications, including protective masks, automotive overmolded parts, medical overmolded components, and LSR shower heads - any part requiring insert loading, two-material bonding, or complex part-removal routines.
What's the advantage of the turntable (rotary table) structure?
The dual-lower-mold rotary design allows one station to inject while the operator simultaneously loads inserts and removes parts at the other. This eliminates machine idle time caused by manual operations, maximizes throughput, and requires only a single operator.
Why is the opening stroke listed as 400–900 mm (customizable)?
Overmolded parts often require significant mold-open clearance for insert loading or robotic part removal. The adjustable stroke accommodates mold stacks of varying heights and supports seamless robotic arm integration for fully automated production.
