Hydraulic Clamping Unit: The clamping unit for our horizontal lsr injection molding machine actuated by hydraulic oil cylinder and designed for strong hydraulic clamping force, high injection pressure, precise temperature control, safe operation and easy inserting and removal of molding, ideal for liquid silicone products production including thin-wall LSR products.

Advance Monitoring system: Multiple electric rollers connected to an advance computerised control system that monitors production parameters like temperature, pressure, injection speed, flow, positioning. This system gives real time feedback from the machine sensors, coordinates movements to improve safety, efficiency and stability.

TYM LSR feeder: It can manually adjust the raw material A/B ratio with an accuracy of less than 1% error. This secondary metering system is fully pneumatic which is energy-efficient and eco-friendly.

The dosing unit automatically detects and removes bubbles in the LSR material resulting less wasted material and stabilizing the process.

Large selection of LSR nozzles: A wide range of nozzles available, including needle-type shut-off nozzles and cold runner nozzles depending on mold design. These nozzles are designed to facilitate direct injection, that increases horizontal lsr injection molding machine production efficiency, minimizes material waste and sprueless part production.

Energy saving servo motor: The servo system consumes up to 70% less energy compared to the ordinary motor and delivers an excellent performance in quick response, high precision, stability, reliability, durability, and lower noise.
