Clamping Unit: Central supported ejection rod, uniform distribution of hydraulic ejector force and linear guide platen prevent the ejector plate from tilting, ensuring more stable and reliable ejection.

Silicone Baby Nipple Making Process
1.Install the material barrel on dosing unit
2.Connect the chiller and air compressor to machine and turn on them
3.Install the cold runner nipple mold on the Injection Molding Machine Horizontal and connect the chiller and air compressor, then heat the mold to the temperature you set
4.Operate the LSR machine to inject LSR raw material into the mold for molding, then automation demolding by air blew or robot arm to achieve automation production
5.Put the silicone nipple into the oven , use 200° Celsius for 4 hours
6.Use punching machine to punch the hole and air intake valve of nipple
7.Use package machine to package the silicone baby nipples
