3 main types
1.Pacifiers with plastic handle:
Plastic mold + silicone mold is required, use plastic machine to make the plastic handle part first, and the plastic part need to apply the glue in the surface, then put the plastic handle to the corresponding position on silicone mold , operate the LSR machine and injection silicone raw material into the silicone mold and the silicone baby pacifier with plastic handle mold demolding by manual.
2.Lamp or thumb type assembly pacifier:
Use LSR machine to molding the head of pacifier, normally use cold runner mold and air blew function to achieve automation production, and then the plastic handle is assembled with silicone part to from the finished product.
3.Pure silicone pacifier:
Injection silicone material to molding complete pacifier, there have 2 types, one is single color which need one mold only, another type is two-color pacifier which need 2 molds and 2 injections. And the pure silicone baby pacifier mold demolding by manual.
