Introduction

1.Silicone protective mask: There are 3 size for the mask, S, M, L. The LSR mold can be made with 2 cavities, one upper mold and two bottom mold which increase Vertical Injection Molding Machine production efficiency.
2.LSR overmolding with plastic half mask: LSR injection molding overmolding with PC or PA which plastic parts must withstand high temperatures, the mold can make made with 2 cavity, one upper mold and two lower mold, which ncrease production efficiency.
3.silicone full face mask: The silicone parts include the face mask, muzzle mask and bandage.
4.Valve diaphragm for silicone protective mask: The main functions of the mask valve disc include adjusting the pressure in the mask, maintaining wearing comfort, improving safety and preventing gas overflow. TYM can provide the best solution and testing for the valve production.
