Horizontal and Vertical Injection Molding Machines
LSR injection molding- two main types of injection molding machines: horizontal injection machines and vertical injection machines.
Horizontal Injection Machines
In horizontal injection molding, the machine utilizes a direct pressure clamping system. It offers high rigidity and precise LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) component production utilizing high-pressure direct injection, hydraulic clamping, and ejection force.
Vertical Injection Machines
Vertical injection molding machines are typically used for smaller parts and components that require multiple mold cavities or overmolding.
The fully automatic vertical injection moulding machine has 2 slide plates which can install 2 lower molds and 1 upper mold. It can cooperate with the double station operation to improve the production efficiency. And can be combined with the robot arm to achieve automated production.
