Introduction
A set of lsr baking scraper includes plastic or metal handle, silicone coating. There are 2 ways to make the baking scraper, one way is produce the plastic or metal handle first , then put it on the mold and overmolded silicone on the plastic or metal handle. Another way is make the metal or plastic handle and silicone scraper parts separately, then assembly them together.
TYM provide the LSR Vertical Injection Machines and mold for silicone baking scraper. For overmolding silicone baking scraper,we recommend vertical injection machine for overmolding products , we can adapt with 2 bottom moulds to improve the productivity.

Q: Which way is better to make silicone baking scraper , after assembly or overmolding?
A: Since the after assembly silicone baking scraper are not completely sealed with silicone, there will be problems of falling off and cleaning problems during use .
Q: How do the silicone bonding with plastic handle?
A: There are 2 ways to make the silicone bonding with plastic or metal handle . One way is painting glue on the lid surface before put it on the mold . The second way is use the self-adhesive silicone material , then no need paint glue anymore .
